WTF Secret Santa

Did a Secret Santa on another site and my Santa really made me work to open my gifts.

T-25 screws... I got this.

Acquired new instrument of opening

Got all the top screws out...

Got nervous about gliterbombs so I stopped to put down some cardboard

Top wouldn't budge so I started hammering/prying. I expected wood glue holding the whole thing together, but as I'm prying it sounds like great stuff foam.

Quick peek inside confirms my fears.

Got part of the top to break off

She's topless! That hole in the center was had quite a bit of air pressure in it. As I cracked the top off it released quite a gust of air.

Chipping away at it, but not making much progress. Can see 2 gifts in bubble wrap.

Can see a third, but can't get any of them to budge. The foam right around them isn't cured and has turned into this absurdly sticky goop.

Cut the top of another one to get it out

The aftermath. Now to find motivation to clean all that foam up. Took about 2.5 hours to open everything up.
